Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policies
• No-Call/No-Show: A 50% deposit is required to rebook your service after a no-call/no-show.
• Cancellations: A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. If an uncontrollable circumstance arises, please contact me as soon as possible. We can discuss your options and determine whether rescheduling is necessary.
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
